V Bearing BHJR / THJR
HJR bearings use double row bearings in sizes 64 to 128 and double tapered roller bearings in size 150.
These bearings offer extremely high axial and radial load capacities.
The design is easy to assemble, requiring only the removal of a single screw to remove the bearing from the system. Each bearing consists of a chemically blackened, high-strength steel journal and sleeve, and is available in concentric and eccentric (adjustable) styles.Each bearing can be fixed with a blind hole or a through hole.
Available in stainless steel.
All bearings are fully lubricated and equipped with rubber seals to prevent the ingress of fluids and contaminants.
It is strongly recommended that customers provide lubrication between the bearing and the slideway. For this purpose, you can choose a hat-type scraper or lubrication device that contacts the V-shaped surface of the slideway or bearing.
Lubrication can significantly increase load capacity and life.

Bearing cap scraper CW
Bearing cap scrapers protect the bearings that engage the slideways and provide continuous lubrication of the contact surfaces, thereby extending system life.It also prevents debris from entering and improves safety and aesthetics.Lubricated by a spring-loaded felt scraper soaked in lubricant.Smaller systems feature a central chamber filled with grease that becomes semi-dissolved and lubricates the scraper during operation.Large systems include high lubrication capacity felt scrapers that can be re-oiled when required.The roller hat scraper is made of impact-resistant plastic and can be easily removed from the system to adjust the bearings. Two ways of connection are provided, from above or from below.The fixing position should be measured from the tip of the V, using the corresponding dimensions E and D1. Or see HDRT2 catalog P41.

Lubrication device HDLB
The lubrication device can provide simple and diverse ways to add lubricant to the system, thereby providing load capacity and extending life.The lubrication unit consists of an impact-resistant plastic housing and a spring-loaded felt scraper impregnated with lubricant.There are three types of products that apply lubricant directly to slideways, flat tracks and track wheels or V-bearings.They can be mounted anywhere convenient for re-greasing and can be mounted from above or below as shown.
