    Compared with PRT2 arc guide rail, HDRT has higher load-bearing capacity. Composed of mature parts products, HDRT is widely used in processing equipment manufacturing factories as a material transfer system. In general automation equipment, arc guide rails with ring gears, with a maximum diameter of up to 1656mm, are widely used. It has a big advantage: little or no maintenance is required, making it a more economical choice compared to traditional slew bearings.

     

    • In heavy-duty applications, the use of 150mm diameter V-shaped rollers can effectively extend the service life of the system.
    • The guide rail used in the circular guide rail system is a double-edge V-shaped guide rail, which saves the conventional and troublesome parallel alignment adjustment time.
    • Large slide surface facilitates stable installation of workpieces.
    • Use guide rail lubrication blocks to lubricate the guide rails.
    • The ring gear is directly processed on the arc guide rail and used in conjunction with the gear. The maximum module number is up to 8, which can achieve large driving force.
