    PRT2 Precision Ring Rail System-Irregular

    A product that combines linear motion and curved motion. HEPCO's circular guide rails have various specifications such as track shape, square and S-type; multiple slides can be placed on the guide rails, and different assembly actions can be performed at different workstations. All products are available in stainless steel specifications and are widely used in food, medical and scientific research industries. HEPCO's circular guide rail system is a more economical solution compared with traditional conveyor systems.
    1-Trak is a highly innovative track system product that rewrites the possibilities of linear and rotary motion. Advanced materials and technologies are used to produce systems that produce virtually any two-dimensional shape from a single piece of material. 1-Trak will save assembly time and enable linear applications that were previously considered expensive "curves" to be implemented in a simple manner with just one driver.

    • The circular guide rail system can be designed in U-shape or J-shape, or in various other forms.
    • Matching optional transmission methods: timing belt, chain, screw, etc.
    • Can be operated with or without lubrication.
    • Any imaginable 2D shape can be achieved; multidimensional curves and freeform curves are possible.
    • Track systems can be designed to your specific requirements.
    • The carriage can be geared around the track, eliminating the need for a complex drive system.
    • The system is made from one piece of material, eliminating the need to assemble separate linear tracks and segments.
    • Where Space Matters 1- Trak allows for tight track return curves.
    • 1-Trak can consist of a machine base complete with drive and all mounting holes.
    • 3-bearing carriage technology allows backlash-free operation throughout the entire linear and rotary travel.
    • Load carrying capacity is limited only by the maximum bearing size of 150 mm.
