Information
THE UHING® ROLLING RING DRIVE PRINCIPLE
- Uhing® Rolling ring drives are friction drives which convert the constant rotary movement of a plain shaft into a traversing movement. They operate like nuts on a screw rod but have a pitch - either right-handed or left-handed - that can be precisely adjusted and can equal zero.
- Attaching some mechanisms such as V-shaped buffer pieces and stroke stop arms can achieve more complex motion patterns than reciprocating motion.
PRODUCT FEATURES
- Thrust can reach 3600N.
- Stroke length up to 5M.
- With free moving handle.
- The stork speed can be adjusted, and the reciprocation speed can also be set separately.
- Adjustable stroke length.
- The steering point can be changed, there are instant steering and buffer steering.
- The motor rotates in one direction, no forward and reverse rotation is required to drive reciprocation motion.
