Plastic sealing caps are installed over each standard bearing to provide effective sealing and protection and sweep debris away from the slide surface.
The V-shaped surface is lubricated with a felt scraper soaked in lubricant.
The inner cavity is filled with grease through the lubrication points to further enhance the lubrication effect and re-oil the felt scraper, as the grease will partially liquefy when the equipment is running.
Most systems will not require further lubrication during the service life of the machine.
Sealing accessories can increase load capacity, extend service life and linear speed capabilities, and improve operator safety.
*Sealing caps are not available for size 12 bearings.

Hard plastic-covered scrapers are mounted above each single-row bearing to provide effective protection and sweep debris away from the slide surface.
The V-shaped surface is lubricated with a felt scraper soaked in lubricant.
The inner cavity is filled with grease through the lubrication points to further enhance the lubrication effect and re-oil the felt scraper, as the grease will partially liquefy when the equipment is running.
Most systems will not require further lubrication during the service life of the machine.
The cover scraper can be installed using one of the methods shown below, if using the through hole method, be sure to groove the mounting holes for easy adjustment.

Lubrication device LB

Usually a lubrication device is installed between the bearing pairs on each side of the slideway, but any number of lubrication devices can be installed at any position according to customer requirements.
The lubrication device uses a spring-loaded felt scraper soaked in lubricating oil as an oil reservoir to provide reliable lubrication for the slide working surface.
One size lubrication unit will be used with a single size bearing, but sometimes multiple sizes of slideways can be accommodated (see table below).
The lubrication unit is available for both standard bearings and single-row bearings (with slightly different designs). Both types come with suitable fasteners and can be installed with blind or through holes.
