Hepco Motion Narrow track and wide track rollers
(LRN、SR / LR 、BHR)
Narrow track roller series complements other bearing series in the GV3 programme. These rollers can be mounted on both concentric and eccentric through-hole retaining studs, but are not available in blind-hole versions.
Narrow track rollers can be used with Hepco flat tracks, single edge shim runners and almost all types of running surfaces. Each roller uses a high-load single-row deep groove ball bearing with a strong, rigid outer ring and a raised outer profile. This design makes the roller particularly suitable as a retaining roller on the backside of a single edge shim slide, while the lower cost makes it suitable for any application that does not require the high load capacity of a wide track roller.
Wide track roller the range contains numerous mounting solutions to suit most design requirements and can be used with Hepco flat tracks, single edge shim runners and all types of running surfaces.
Through hole fixed type(SR/LR) two stud lengths are available to cover most thicknesses of load bearing slides or mounting plates and can be equipped Concentric (fixed) and Eccentricity (adjustable) Fastening studs.
Blind hole fixed type(BHR) allows the group to be mounted into solid machine base locations where through-hole mounting holes are not available, or where the mounting plate is too thick.
